Justasana Yin Yoga is a card game that allows you to practice Yin Yoga, independently, simply. Through 36 detailed postures as well as rebound cards to be placed between each postures. Each posture is accompanied on the back by two variations to allow you to find the alternative that is ideal for you and your body, but also to test and discover new sensations, recognise your needs and personalise your practice. Justasana allows you to build your own Yin session! Ideal for discovering yoga and its practice, at your own pace and according to your needs.
