OUR DELIVERY OPTIONS
We offer different delivery options in France and abroad:
(1) In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we prefer delivering in collection points. That’s the reason why we made it free in France for any order over 90€. Why do we do this? Most of the transportation impact takes place on the last kilometers: home delivery can sometimes be doubled or tripled when it is not as smooth as we would like.
(2) Fees vary depending on the weight of the package. The total price will be calculated before your payment.
(3) Average time observed. In case of absence or impossibility of receiving your package, your deliveryman leaves a notice of passage. You can reschedule a delivery.
WARNING: if the country of delivery is not part of the European Union, the customs duties will be charged to the recipient.
MAKE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE
You have 14 working days from the delivery of your order to make a return.
WARNING: customizable mats and imperfect mats are neither exchangeable nor refundable
Exceptionally, all orders made between November 20th and December 30th, 2021, can be returned until January 15th, 2022.
The product must be NEW: never worn, never washed and never used.
It must be in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's charge. Why do we do this? As for the delivery, the return of products has a significant carbon impact. We prefer that you take more time to read the product information, to ask us questions in case of doubt, rather than rushing a purchase that you do not need.
EXCEPT for clothes for which the first return is offered from Metropolitan France, and in the case of a defect on any product, the return costs are covered by BAYA. In this case, we will provide you with a return form. We cannot accept returns made in any other way.
To request a return, simply contact us here, specifying the purpose of the return, your order number and photos of the defect if any.
The refund will be made within 10 days of receipt of your package in our facilities.
